Practice Facilitators are the honeybees of practice transformation.  They are able to absorb a practice’s success and translate that success into a way to overcome another practice’s barriers.  With the practice facilitators’ wealth of knowledge, multiple practices are able to network and identify best practices in order to provide the best healthcare to their patients.
