Continuing Education Credits
The PA SPREAD Project is now certified to award the following credits to participating practices:

ABFM
This activity has been approved by the American Board of Family Medicine for Maintenance of Certification for Family Physicians Part IV credit. Term of approval is for two years beginning May 23, 2012, with the option for yearly renewal thereafter.

AAFP
This Performance Improvement in Practice activity, PA SPREAD: PA Spreading Primary Care Enhanced Delivery Infrastructure, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 20 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians. AAFP certification begins May 1, 2012. Term of approval is for two years from this date. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

*Nurses are able to AAFP CME credit
